Villa Description

Located above the Half Moon Golf Course, Endless Summer is a mansion that offers panoramic ocean views. Entrance is onto the porte-cochere where beveled glass doors open dramatically to an 80 columned space. A dramatic stone staircase curves gracefully from the foyer to a gallery encircling and overlooking the sunken living room. A wall of glass doors open from the gallery as well as from all of the bedrooms to the deep wrap around veranda which offers panoramic vistas over the golf course and the turquoise waters beyond.

The interiors feature taupe colored walls crisply trimmed in white. Mediterranean styled floors were custom made on site and provide an overall palate of soft colors. The furnishings feature a tasteful and eclectic mix of upholstered pieces, tropical rattan accents and contemporary accents. Bose speakers provide surround sound in the villa, verandas and pool area and enhance the overall ambiance. The home is built on two levels and offers a main house and a carriage house. The main floor features the expansive living and dining areas as well as one of the bedrooms that has a queen sized bed, en-suite bath and furnished patio with ocean view. Three additional bedrooms are located on the upper level. The master suite is large and features vaulted ceilings, a king sized four poster bed, en-suite bath with whirlpool tub, large walk in shower and a delightful and private furnished balcony with ocean views.

The two additional upper bedrooms both offer queen-sized beds, en-suite baths and furnished balconies with ocean views. There is a connecting door between these two bedrooms. The two remaining bedrooms are located in a garage apartment that connects to the master bedroom as well as to the kitchen via a back stairway. These two additional bedrooms are less deluxe than the other bedrooms and are, therefore, more suited for children and teens. One of the bedrooms has plank floors, two double beds, sloped/eaved dormer roof, small bathroom and connects to the master suite. The other bedroom has two twin sized beds and a hall bathroom and is the smallest bedroom in the villa. An additional living area is located between these two garage bedrooms and offers TV and a stairway to the kitchen. A large covered veranda is well furnished and overlooks the villa's private pool and expansive sun deck. Endless Summer provides a magnificent setting for weddings as well...from a marriage ceremony on the upper balcony to a grand reception on the veranda and pool terrace to the dramatic tossing of the bridal bouquet from the upper gallery.

Please, also, note that Endless Summer may be rented in conjunction with the Summerhill villa (9 bedrooms), providing a total of 15 bedrooms, two pools and two staffs for large families and groups. A wonderful choice for guess seeking upscale accommodations and family oriented resort privileges.
